We’ve finally made it to the end of fashion month—but before editors, designers, photographers, models, stylists, and hair and makeup crews can breathe a collective sigh of relief, the great crescendo will take place at Paris Fashion Week. Now, PFW is hardly a chore. Some of the most exciting shows of the season are happening in the French capital. Namely, Jonathan Anderson’s women’s ready-to-wear debut for Dior is the show on everybody’s minds. Yes, we saw his men’s collection months ago, and that amuse-bouche definitely helped amp up the excitement—but now it’s time for the main course.
These days, it seems each stop of the fashion month tour comes with its share of debuts, and Anderson is not alone in Paris. We will also see how Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez fare taking over Anderson’s old post at Loewe; Pierpaolo Piccioli’s first offerings at Balenciaga; and Duran Lantink at Jean Paul Gaultier. Let’s not forget Matthieu Blazy’s debut for Chanel, another headliner, as well as Glenn Martens’s first ready-to-wear collection for Maison Margiela following his bold couture debut for the brand in July.
Yes, there are even more: Miguel Castro Freitas will offer up his first collection for Mugler, and Mark Thomas will kick things off at Carven. Although Michael Rider already presented a spring (technically, it was resort) 2026 collection back in July, he is on the calendar yet again for an official spring 2026 collection. But we don’t mind. One can never have too much Celine.
Outside of debuts, there are many shows worth your attention this season, including Lanvin, Givenchy, Tom Ford, and Dries Van Noten, all of whose designers will be showing their respective sophomore collections. Legendary houses including Saint Laurent, Louis Vuitton, Chloé, Alexander McQueen, Alaïa, Victoria Beckham, and Miu Miu will also be putting on top-billing, star-studded shows. Thom Browne is returning to Paris for the first time in three years, while Vetements and Agnès B are also both back on the calendar (and the latter is celebrating its 50th anniversary).
In total, 74 shows and 37 presentations will be taking place in Paris this season. It can be a lot to keep track of, so keep checking back here as we stay updated on the best style moments from the final stop of fashion month.
